    - Delivery costs are free as soon as your order reaches 39€ in metropolitan France.

    - For any order of a lower amount, a flat-rate contribution will be required to cover part of the delivery costs.

    • So Colissimo at home ( 6€90).
    • So Colissimo in a post office ( 3€90).
    • So Colissimo in a local shop ( 3€90).
    • So Colissimo in a Cityssimo space ( 3€90).

    Delivery in DOM-TOM : 19.90 euros

    Delivery in Belgium: 9.90 euros

    Fast and Safe Delivery:

    As soon as we receive your payment, our team prepares and ships your order within 24h-48h (working days).

    - An SMS will be sent to you when your order is shipped, you can then track your package on the Colissimo website.

    - For any order the carrier is La Poste with shipment by Colissimo.

    - Packages are shipped Monday to Friday. Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday.

    Private sale, Sales, French days, Black friday & cyber Monday :

    - Delivery times can be up to 10 working days maximum.

    - The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No exchanges accepted. Refund or credit note according to the customer's choice.

    PRODUCT RETURN

    Valid only in Metropolitan France.

    - The product return is very simple on manduca.fr :

    1. Login to your Customer Account
    2. Go to the section Order history and details
    3. Click on your order to see the details
    4. Then go to the heading Product return
    5. Check the product you wish to return and then add the reason for your return in the field provided
    6. Finally, validate by clicking on Make a return form

    - Our team will be immediately alerted by the new merchandise return form.

    - We will validate your return form by sending you by email a Colissimo return form as an attachment.

    - All you have to do is print the Colissimo return form, stick it on the return package and leave it at the post office.

    - Once the return package has been received by our team, we will refund or exchange the product.

    Returns not claimed in Relay Points and Postal Centres, which will serve as a return, may be reshipped but you will be asked to pay the Shipping Fee.
